Loved the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub! The bar was a perfect place to relax and the sun terrace provided stunning views. The shared lounge and garden were great spots to socialize.

The concierge service was so helpful, it's a shame I didn't need them for anything.

Fairly clean hotel with a lovely design and particularly good views, it has a favourable location adjacent to the harbor, and restaurants. The service was great, the breakfast was great! There was free Wi-Fi that worked well throughout the property.

They immediately arranged for a doctor and made sure we were comfortable throughout the rest of our stay. Despite the unfortunate incident, the hotel itself was outstanding, with comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and a stunning pool area. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the service from the staff was impeccable. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Galapagos Islands.

I recently stayed at a very cute and clean boutique hotel in Puerto Ayora. The staff was amazingly friendly and gave us a VIP welcome. They made us feel special with a Happy Birthday cupcake and drink. The A/C worked very well and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was a great perk.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
